Shipping Policy

All purchased products are shipped with Canada Post. Once the product is shipped, the tracking number, along with all shipping information will be sent to the customer via email and contact number if applicable. Once this information has been provided to the customer, the customer assumes all responsibility for lost or damaged packages/products. We highly recommend purchasing our Order Protection Insurance available at checkout. 

Packages shipped outside of North America will be shipped using traceable methods with Canada Post unless stated elsewise. The Closet Inc will not be liable in any case for lost or damaged packages/products. We highly recommend purchasing our Order Protection Insurance available at checkout.

The Closet Inc will not be held responsible for international duties on any packages leaving Canada. The Closet Inc has no control over international duties, and the purchaser will be held responsible for any charges imposed.

Due to the policy initiated by Nike Canada we are not permitted to ship Nike or Jordan products outside of Canada. 

Given our aggressive product pricing strategies we will not price match or extend discounts on sale items. Only regular priced products purchased within 24 hours of the new sale price will be honored. All products originally purchased at a discounted price are final sale. Standard shipping fees will be applied to newly discounted items. Only regular priced items over $40 before tax qualify for free shipping.
