Price Match Policy

Given our aggressive product pricing strategies we will not price match or extend discounts on sale items. Only regular priced products purchased within 24 hours of the new sale price will be honored. All products originally purchased at a discounted price are final sale. Standard shipping fees will be applied to newly discounted items. Only regular priced items over $40 before tax qualify for free shipping. 

 

Returns

 FINAL SALE ON ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your package. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Failure to send your return back within 7 days after approval will result in your return/exchange being voided.

Customers must have proof of purchase and original packaging. Returns must be shipped in protective packaging as received. Returns without protective packaging will not be accepted at the expense of the shipper.

Customers assume all responsibility for Items/packaging damaged during shipping.

Returns are not permitted for damaged protective packaging. Protective packaging is made to protect items within and is prone to damages. All Items are inspected for defects prior to shipping.

All items and packaging must be unworn and in original condition. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless specified by The Closet Inc.

For returns, customers will receive an in-store or online credit for the goods returned (shipping fees may apply). In Store or online credits will not expire.

Returns and exchanges will be inspected. If approved a credit will be sent to the email associated with the order. 

Approved Exchanges will be at the customers shipping expense unless specified by The Closet Inc. 

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Customers assume all shipping fee's for exchanges.

Shipping labels can be provided at the customers expense. Please see shipping labels below.

Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. If the exchange is of lesser value a in-store or online credit of the difference will be provided.

For Exchanges of lesser or more value: If the exchange is of lesser value a in-store or online credit of the difference will be provided. If the exchange is of more value a invoice will be sent for the difference in price.

Order Cancelations

No Refunds, Exchange or credit only within 30 days. Final-Sale on all sale or clearance items.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be applied to your profile .

Depending on location, exchange shipping costs may vary.

Returns must be packaged inside protective packaging as received. Returns without protective packaging will be refused at the senders expense.

Depending on your region, exchange times will vary due to shipping times.

Shipping Labels

The Closet Inc will provide return shipping labels based on our estimated shipping rates per an individual item. 

Ontario - Quebec $14.95 each way  

All other provinces $19.95 each way

Northwest Territories & U.S.A $25 each way

Shipping Rates may vary depending on the amount of items returned.

Other Return Methods

Customers may use their own carriers for returns. Please ship using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. The Closet Inc is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Damaged shipments will be returned at the customers expense.
