All purchased products are shipped using reliable carriers including Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, and UPS. Once an order has been shipped, the tracking number and all shipping details will be provided to the customer via email, and by phone if applicable. After this information has been provided, the customer assumes all responsibility for lost or damaged packages or products. We highly recommend purchasing our Order Protection Insurance, available at checkout.

Due to Nike Canada’s policy, Nike and Jordan products cannot be shipped outside of Canada.
Courier Strikes and Service Disruptions
